Oak flooring
Offers an elegant and durable appearance, while its special layering allows for efficient heat distribution through underfloor heating, enhancing thermal comfort and reducing energy costs.
Interior and exterior joinery
Made from laminated wood, it offers excellent thermal and sound insulation, reducing heat loss and ensuring a quiet and comfortable interior environment, with a natural and aesthetic design.
Natural marble flooring
In bathrooms and hallways (selectable according to preferences). It adds a luxurious and durable touch to the spaces, being moisture-resistant and easy to maintain, making it ideal for high-traffic areas or places exposed to water.
Underfloor heating
Ensures uniform heat distribution, eliminating cold spots and providing enhanced comfort through superior energy efficiency and a clean appearance without visible radiators. Examples: Rehau or PeXa.
Porcelain sanitary fixtures and antiqued bronze fittings

Stainless steel centralheating units
They are highly resistant to corrosion and have a long lifespan, providing high energy efficiency and reliable performance in delivering heat and domestic hot water. Example: Viessmann.
Domestic hot water heating modules
+ Thermal agent modules. These units ensure rapid and efficient delivery of domestic hot water, along with precise temperature regulation within the home, contributing to optimal comfort and energy savings.
Fresh air units with heat recovery
These systems enhance indoor air quality by supplying fresh, filtered air while recovering heat from the exhaust air, thereby reducing energy consumption. Example: Sabiana.
Pressure maintanance system
With a water reserve and variable-speed pump. This system ensures a constant and optimal water pressure throughout the house, even during simultaneous use in multiple locations, reducing the risk of fluctuations and saving energy with the variable-speed pump. Example: Wilo.
